We've come full circle in our exploration of the Hours.  Back to darkness.  Back to quiet.  Back to sleep.

Having lived through all the seasons of yet another day, Compline invites us now to let go of words and thoughts and actions.

This week's Exprayeriment is simple: use the music (playlist below, or click here) and the prayer above to prepare you for sleep.  Give the day's blessings, disappointments, joys and challenges over to God.
