I let go what goes. God has greater and better good for me now.
I welcome change, and call it divine!

Change can be very disconcerting. All of our human hardwiring is designed to resist the unknown, to cling to the familiar because it’s “safe.”
Having God at the forefront of any impending change is critical, and so is a willingness to accept, even welcome, the new…because our spiritual hardwiring demands expansion.
For this week’s Exprayeriment, come up with a symbol that represents what that welcome might look and/or feel like. Maybe it’s a picture of a beautiful, weathered old door, open slightly in coy invitation, or thrown wide in unabashed anticipation. (Hmmm…is there a Pinterest visit in the works? We’ve even got a board you can raid for this very image!)
Maybe your symbol is a huge, brightly wrapped box, with your name in bold script on a colorful gift tag, just waiting for you to dive in and discover treasure.
Or perhaps it’s simply a sensation of absolute non-resistance—a calm and grateful acceptance of God’s will moving you effortlessly towards unimagined blessings.
Spend time with your symbol this week, and use the prayer above to help expand the sensation of growth and inherent possibility. Invite the highest and best good that can only come from the change your spirit is requesting.
