Pick a card, any card. Well, maybe not just any…
For this week’s Exprayeriment, find a picture that visually represents you in your God power. You know, that perfectly plugged-in state of mind where magic abounds and life is SO GOOD! The picture that you choose should elicit a very strong physical and emotional sensation of that magical feeling, every time you look at it.
A few good places to find the perfect picture:
- Tarot decks! (our personal favorite for this very exercise is The Voyager Tarot by Dr. James Wanless)
- Fashion, health, photography or lifestyle magazines and books.
- The Internet, of course… especially Pinterest!!
Place the picture where you can see it throughout the day, and at least once each day, repeat the above prayer (in your head, or preferably out loud, as if the words were the most delicious things ever!) ten times in a row while focusing on the image. You can really raise the vibe on this mini-ritual by lighting incense or candles, playing inspiring music, etc.
Then, as you go about your day, as many times as you can, say the prayer and immerse yourself in the feeling.
